Overview

Technical Specifications

This product is equipped with a high-frequency induction power supply and supports customization of a 60 kW high-frequency induction power supply. The equipment is fitted with a high-vacuum molecular pump unit, which effectively enhances the substrate vacuum level and thereby improves melting quality. It also features a lifting platform, a tilting handle, and a water-cooled copper crucible, facilitating post-melting casting and sampling operations for the operator.

Its characteristics and advantages:
1. High melting purity: The vacuum environment effectively removes gases such as hydrogen, nitrogen, and oxygen, while volatilization eliminates low-melting-point impurities like lead and tin, significantly reducing inclusions and porosity defects in the material.
2. Precise compositional control: Minimizes burn-off of easily oxidizable elements such as aluminum and titanium, resulting in high alloying element recovery; combined with electromagnetic stirring, this ensures uniform composition and temperature with minimal segregation.
3. Superior metallurgical quality: The ingot microstructure is dense and uniform, significantly enhancing the material’s strength, toughness, fatigue performance, and corrosion resistance, making it suitable for the production of high-end alloys.
4. Efficient and Energy-Saving Heating: Induction heating generates heat directly within the metal, resulting in high thermal efficiency, no combustion-related pollution, and lower energy consumption compared with conventional smelting methods.
5. Flexible and environmentally friendly process: capable of melting a wide range of materials, including high-temperature alloys, precision alloys, and special steels; the entire process is fully enclosed with no dust or fumes, features a high degree of automation, and is environmentally friendly.
