Laboratory Overview
The Global Laboratory is based at Chongqing Global and is equipped with a complete suite of battery manufacturing equipment as well as selected material preparation systems. The laboratory has established robust operational, open-access, and sharing mechanisms, enabling it to host visits and exchanges for researchers and offer on-site testing and hands-on experience. It also provides seasoned pre-sales technical experts to help researchers gain a thorough understanding of relevant processes and equipment, thereby shortening the time required for research assessments and decision-making.
The Global Laboratory offers a wide range of experimental verification and testing services across multiple domains, including cathode and anode materials, advanced ceramics, lithium-ion batteries, supercapacitors, fuel cells, solid-state batteries, dry electrode technology, perovskite solar cells, and functional thin films. In addition, the laboratory provides process optimization trials as well as training and consulting services to help researchers in specialized fields rapidly master industrial manufacturing processes, enabling them to focus on cutting-edge R&D.
For the lithium-battery industry, we can carry out material preparation at the kilogram scale and battery R&D, and are capable of providing on-site small-batch material validation, targeted process research, and small-scale production of finished batteries—supporting a wide range of R&D activities.
