Overview

Technical Specifications

This product is a precision laboratory instrument designed for thin-film fabrication, compatible with a wide range of coating processes and solution types. It is primarily suited for depositing perovskite films, as well as for surface coating applications in semiconductors, crystals, optical discs, and photomask production. The system can handle both acidic and alkaline coating solutions, enabling fully automated dispensing, spin-coating, and drying. It also supports alternating deposition of two different liquids to create multilayer coatings with up to thousands of layers, making it widely used in thin-film fabrication laboratories at colleges, universities, and research institutes.

Key features:

1. Vacuum adsorption is used to secure the workpiece, paired with positioning tools to ensure centering and minimize vibration-induced flying debris; suction cups of various sizes can be easily interchanged.

2. A 24V DC brushless motor paired with an oil-free vacuum pump delivers low noise, minimal vibration, and smooth operation, ensuring uniform and consistent coating while being environmentally friendly and easy to maintain.

3. The cavity is made of polytetrafluoroethylene, with a sheet-metal body structure, offering excellent corrosion resistance, durability, light weight, and ease of use.

4. Touchscreen control with a Chinese interface (English optional), intuitive operation, and support for fully automated coating processes;

5. Equipped with lid-opening protection and rapid gas cooling after heating, it enables alternating coating of two liquids and can achieve up to 1,000 layers of thin-film deposition.
