CF150 Right-Angle Elbow

This product enables a 90° directional turn in vacuum pipelines or chambers conforming to the CF150 standard, while maintaining ultra-high vacuum tightness. The elbow body is formed in one piece through metal drawing and spin-forming processes, rather than conventional welding. 
Key features: 
1. Ultra-high vacuum sealing 
Employing a metal knife-edge seal in conjunction with a copper gasket, the vacuum leak rate can reach as low as 1×10⁻¹¹ mbar·l/s, making it suitable for applications ranging from low vacuum to ultra-high vacuum (UHV) environments. 
2. Material and High-Temperature Resistance 
The main body is made of 304/316L stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance and low outgassing, with the ability to withstand high-temperature baking at 450°C for degassing, making it suitable for demanding vacuum processes. 
3. Compact structure 
Tapered short-body design minimizes space occupancy, making it ideal for densely packed internal piping in equipment. The smooth inner wall ensures unobstructed airflow, eliminates dead zones, and facilitates easy cleaning. 
4. Standardization and Universality 
Complies with CF international standards and is universally interchangeable with CF flanges from all manufacturers. Both ends are bolted for high connection strength and excellent stability.
